linking back to original content, without giving any credit to the
original writer and the worst case if you want to know; those fake contents
will be ranking high in Search Engines. I have tried all my possible
best to find a way to stop this malicious activities on the internet but
I hate to break it to you that there is no guarantee way to stop people from copying your contents,
only if you don’t publish it; once published believe me it can be
copied but good news you can reduce or give them busy time trying to
republished your contents on their website and besides you can still get
some good benefits out of it, lets see how?
Summarize Your Feed
Most subscribers aren’t just subscribe to read your posts, most content scrapers may pose as your subscribers, getting all your contents right in their inbox any moment you hit publish “copy and paste” will set to work immediately; without visiting your site your whole content is duplicated and published on another site, you can do something to stop this, and that’s simply by summarizing your feed, your subscribers & content scrapers will only get a small piece of your posts but this feature is inactive by feed burner default settings, you’ ll have to activate it your self. What is it? Ok I’ll tell you how to do it: login to your feed burner account, click on your feeds, from your dashboard click on the optimize tab, scroll down to click on summary burner and activate it, assuming you’ve already burned your feed.

Watermark Your Pictures
Most copycats go far beyond limits to copy your pictures after your content is duplicated, you can prevent this by watermarking your pictures, Oh dear you don’t need to be super-picture editor to do this even the ugly windows paint can do this perfectly, you just need to know your way around it, edit your picture to include your name, site url, or date, this will make it difficult for content thieves to tamper with your picture. Before you watermark any picture make sure you’re the copyright owner, so you won’t be like Judas you’re trying to defeat.

Do Strong Interlinking
Having no or little links in your contents makes it easy for content scrappers to duplicate your contents and claim the copyright owner of your own article. You can give them hell of times and get them busy trying to unlink your contents before they’ll realized its too much for them to unlink, reluctantly they will move on to another content and leave yours alone, or they will publish it anyway with your links, you just have to say “thanks for the free links notorious content thieves” just make sure you have more than 5 links in a single post that links directly to your own articles.

This is simply means putting a badge to your site that you're the original author of any post published on yours site, and tell readers that your contents may not be published on another websites without linking back to your site, there are many copyright badge available, DMCA and Copyscape are commonly used by successful bloggers but putting a copyright logo and year below your site is enough to claim copyright owner of your contents.

If you know you’re a regular customer to copycats you can prevent yourself by disable text selection on your site, the only easy way those people can copy your contents is to select your contents and copy it but since text selection is disabled there is no way such things will be easy for them, but wait don’t you think this may drive some loyal readers away? Those who will like to quote something out of your contents! Yes I don’t recommend using it but I must tell you.
